These taste fantastic and keep you comfortably full until early to mid afternoon. I've tried the slim fast shakes but they are no way near as nice or as smooth as the Forza shakes. Been using the starter pack shake it slim, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavours. Oddly enough I find the chocolate is my least favourite, and lean more towards vanilla and the strawberry being the best tasting. Overall the product is fantastic.
