Better than most meal replacement drinks, in that they actually keep you full. However, they are REALLY sweet, which is a bit off-putting if, like me, you don't take sugar in either coffee or hot chocolate. The latte flavour is very weak and I have found it helps to put a good spoonful of instant coffee in with the powder, mix the whole thing to a paste with a little cold water and then add the hot... otherwise you do get lumps. Just wish they did one without sweetener and it would be perfect!!
