The shakes are easy especially for people on the go as you only need water. The taste is ok I can drink it but wouldn’t be like wow it’s a lovely taste. Quite a sweet artificial after taste but with plenty of water they are ok. I have been doing it for 5 days and I’ve lost 3lbs so it does work and my tummy is less bloated but I have also been very hungry. Good if you need to get half stone off quick before holiday or something but not great long term.
