This is response from Foscam UK to the review left by Francis. The customer purchased our brand new FN7104W 1080p CCTV WiFi mesh kit which includes an NVR with pre-installed 1TB HDD and 4x Bullet cameras. The cameras use a similar yet smaller housing to a previous model mentioned however are brand new cameras with better image quality and improved night vision. The cameras are also the first to include the new WiFi Mesh technology. To clarify there is no circumstances where old stock would be portrayed and sold as new. While we always try to make our customers happy sometimes we fall short of this. In this case the customer requested we replace the pre installed 1TB HDD with a lager 2TB HDD usually there is a charge for this however we waived this fee. To help the customer even further we offered a discount on the 2TB HDD and on the extension cables purchased. Unfortunately the customer was not happy with the purchase and wished to return, we of course accepted the return and advised that as per our returns policy there would be a charge for the physically installed 2TB Hard drive as the device is now no longer in a brand new sellable condition. Going forward we will include the model number of any devices included within a pre-made kit. So as to avoid any confusion in the future.
