Bought two watches on April, 2024, and I had recently to send my watch to the Fossil repair warehouse because it was skipping time, and my experience was deeply disappointing. I purchased this watch from Macy's, but due to their new policy, I couldn't return it after 30 days. Despite clearly explaining the issue to the Fossil repair team, it seems my concerns were not taken seriously. After waiting for three weeks, I received my watch back with the same problem. It's evident that no real effort was made to diagnose or fix the issue. This lack of attention to customer concerns and inefficient service is unacceptable. I expected much better from Fossil.
