Avoid shop like the plague. I first visited the shop on 22nd July, my son starts year 7 in September, I took the school uniform list, and purchased what I could. The trousers and jumper were not in the sizes I needed, so ok I ordered and paid for these to be collected from the shop, and expected someone would contact me about collection. The staff were unhelpful and incompetent, they got my name and email address wrong when I clearly wrote them out for them. Today is the 8th September and I’M STILL WAITING.
I called them up everyday from the 29th August but it appears phone engaged the whole week, and sent several emails but these have been religiously ignored. Then one day was in the 'queue' I was so hopeful as this is a step up from hearing an engaged tone. I was no 27, and waited 2 hrs 50 minutes, I got to number 3, and was cut off the b*****. Furthermore, the stuff I purchased they got wrong. I thought I had paid for a pack of short sleeve shirts, but when I got home it turned out to be long sleeves, that’s my own fault should have checked whilst in the shop. I don’t live near the shop and don’t drive, my husband has this Saturday off, we will asking for a refund. Only problem is the school jumper, they are the only shop that sells the school jumper.
I ended up spending double the money as I had to buy the trousers and shirts from Asda last Saturday, he was starting school on Wed 6th. Thanks Asda !
Shop an absolute disgrace, a shambles, if it was anything but a school uniform shop it wouldn't last a week.
