Originally I was disappointed with the service and that I'd had waited some time for my tripod head to arrive, so I give them a ring with my concerns, a lovely lady dealt with my issue and I have to say that they were first class with their response and very apologetic, they sent me my manfrotto tripod head on a 24-hour service and they also said that as a Goodwill gesture I would be put on the same delivery service for any future deliveries, and I received my parcel the next day. I am planning to purchase some more equipment from this company so I would recommend them 👍thank you photo sense Mr houlston
