Between your shop in Westport and online, we purchased 3 quilt sets, 3 fitted sheets and 3 pairs of additional pillow cases. We also purchased 2 bath sheet towels and 2 hand towels. Everything was fine until one of the hand towels had its second wash, where it started to come undone on one of the seams. So far, you have not responded to a "Contact Us" message. I tried ringing, the message part was clear, but when the call was answered in the shop, the call became garbled (2 different phones tried, same result). Just how do you make contact with you to resolve issues?
Revision as requested: It was actually 4 bath sheets we purchased. We were offered a replacement towel.... in a different colour... you couldn't make it up.
