Really disappointed with the customer service received from foxy locks after receiving a faulty item. To return this item has been an absolute pain. The returns portal has been down and I was advised to pay out of my own pocket to arrange a collection I visited two different courier delivery options who refused to take my parcel as the label was not a correct QR code label and needed to be printed in which I don’t have a printer I was even advised to ask my neighbour if they could print a label for me which I find crazy!
This is so disappointing as I am a regular customer of foxy locks and have bought extentions for years and never had any issues with the quality. This one occasion where they had an issue has been such a painful experience to try return. Finally I’m being sent a label in the post but this has been on going back and forwards for weeks why can’t a return process be straight forward.
