The quality of the products are great but the returns and customer service are non exisitng. If you buy the correct product frist time then you'll have a great experience but returning something is made incredibly difficult. I was sent a return label that I needed to print (noone has a printer anymore, just send a QR code like everyone else) I had to pay to print this off, just to take it to royal mail to post, for them to tell me that I have to go to a specific royal mail delivery office rather than just a normal post office (again, why? every other company you can just get a QR code and return via a normal post office). I've now recieved an email from the foxylocks team telling me I owe them £3 for this postage and nothing can happen until I pay that. The foxylocks product I bought was already £200, and now I'm expected to pay an extra fee? Why?
Awful returns process, really dated and completely puts me off using them.
