Highly disappointed with the service received. And lack of customer empathy/ support. Being accused of lying when attempted to return an item. And refusing to provide either a refund or replacement item.
The item which came seemed like it had not been packaged correctly or sent out incorrectly.
I have been advised that I had broken the seal on the item and due to this the item needed to be returned to me.
The items had been sent out with broken seal which is the reason for the return. However foxy lock have refused the return, advising I should have also emailed or phoned them.
I had phoned them but due to the weekend they were closed, even though I had submitted refund reason online. They stated this was insufficient.
This was my first time purchasing extensions and my sister recommended foxy lock due to the quality of the hair.
I am only reviewing based on my personal experiance, I had asked for a manager phone call me to talk through the rational. To which the response was I had been speaking to one via email. And I have had no further communications since.
However they are still waiting to return the item to me.
And item which is faulty, to which they believe to have been used, and they are wanting me to then accept a return for an opened fault item.
