La conseillère semblait débordée et elle a fait plusieurs erreurs lors de la transaction. J’ai dû rappelé pour obtenir un remboursement partiel. Toutefois, les employés étaient tous très courtois. Je n’ai pas encore reçu mes achats puisque le délai de livraison est de 10-20 jours. J’attend encore mon suivi de livraison par courriel.
