Très insatisfaite de la livraison et du service. Cela fait plus de 2 semaines que j’ai commandé et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. L’outil de suivi indique que le colis est retardé, et cela depuis plusieurs jours… J’ai écrit au service à la clientèle à ce sujet, quelqu’un a accusé réception de mon courriel, mais et je n’ai toujours pas obtenu l’aide nécessaire. C’est dommage, je m’attendais à mieux d’une boutique qui a une belle offre de produits.
