One item arrived damaged. Sent photos and had to them print off a label to send it back before getting a refund (which has not been received yet).
Went through topcashback for an extra incentive, but fragrance direct have declined and refused to pay. Very disappointing, why lose a potential customer over a couple of quid?
Won’t be using again as I don’t like dishonest companies. If you are going to promise cashback then do the decent thing and pay out.
Please refund the item I have sent back!
