My order was delivered after more than 10 days although I paid for the Express Tracked Delivery (supposed to be done within 2-4 working days). Nobody contacted me to let me know the status. So, where is the possibility to track your orders I have paid for? Only when I sent a few e-mails I got a reply, just one word, "Stuck". No excuse, nothing like some tracking information. I had to spend my time to send a complaint, and only after that I was contacted by their manager.
I have paid for the gift packaging as I wanted to make a gift for my mom. The item was delivered without any packing at all. And again without any exuse from their side.
Before that I had made another order which was delivered by a postman who just left a box with my order at the entrance of the block of flats where I live. Anyone of my neighbours could have taken it.
Terrible attitude to the customers. I have made three orders here, two of which were completed badly. I will NEVER use their services again.
