The product (a special door handle) was not in stock. I received an email advising that it was being obtained from the supplier and would be forwarded in 1-2 days. In fact, I received the door handle within 48 hours from its order! This is the second order I've placed with Frank Howard and have found the service and delivery timescale to be exceptional. Well Done!!
