Amazing company. Placed an order for a gift that I didn’t think was going to turn up because Royal Mail is pretty much useless around my area at the moment and managed to send the parcel to somewhere different somehow! Contacted the company and explained my concerns that the gift wouldn’t arrive in time due to Royal Mail being incompetent and they send out a replacement with no issues that arrived quickly. Saved the day! Thank you so much 😊 Birthday boy was happy with gift 🎉
