DO NOT ORDER FROM FREE DIAMOND PAINTING! All reviews are the same. I placed an order in May and never received it. I have tried to email customer service about 30 times. And I have tried to call / no one ever answers the number. I think it’s a scam. They send automated messages constantly and don’t care at all. I eventually received a refund for only half my order- which was weird in it self. They said my item was arriving then not arriving then arriving and then refused my refund. I had to pay half for absolutely nothing. They eventually stopped answering me despite my persistance. Horrible customer service
