Took out insurance for my son and they never sent the black box but said his driving was below a certain score turns out it was wrong car they were monitoring so we cancelled policy within the 14 day legal cooling off period for them to charge us !!! and refuse to return deposit , keep well away from them after reading other sites they have done this a few times looks like there trying to get a deposit off you then say your bad driving and threaten to cancel your insurance u less you cancel first , so when offered insurance 50 per cent less by a company stay clear if something sounds too good to be true then it is , stay clear
