Purchased Tefal iron and the item arrived next working day via DPD. The carton was in poor condition and the iron did not have manufactures packing on the exterior. With this I was disappointed and made a call to customer service at Freenet. I can only say the customer service I received was first Class they were so helpful, they arranged to collect the old iron and deliver a new one first thing next morning. Cannot fault this company and above all the price for this Iron was £35 cheaper than Argos. Thank you.
