A delightful chap from Freenet Electrical Melton Mowbray a Mr Peter Neal and he was brilliant - saved my sanity as I was having a complete manic moment over how to use my new Bissell Petpro carpet cleaner hoover. Peter went through how use the hoover correctly and how to take the sections apart for cleaning. A complex and defeating machine with hopeless instructions but once you have got the hang of how to use it - brilliant. I chose to purchase my Bissell from Freenet Electrical from my Which approved selections because they were the ONLY firm who used paypall to do the financiall transaction through. A safe and reliable go between when spending quite a lot of money for a new electrical device.
