I have been trying to get a pair of joggers from Free People since October the 3rd. I received the order and the joggers were too large. I returned them for exchange. Weeks went by and I never received replacement. On October 23rd I called Free People and the associate had no idea where my replacement joggers were. They said look for an email in the next 3 days. Nothing. I called back again on October 25th and asked for a refund. My money was refunded, so I ordered the pants again in the correct size. I received a text saying they were delivered today. They WERE NOT delivered. When I tried to contact Free People to let them know about the lost package, the system says I have to wait three days to file a lost package report after the package was marked delivered. WHY????? The UPS website says the package was left at the front door. It was not. I have been trying to get these joggers for almost a month. It is now October 30th and I still don't have them. I give up. The quality of the items I have purchased have been no better than the average brand. I just loved the styles. The sizing is not consistent with their items. I have two pair of Free People joggers. One is an extra small and the other is a medium. It is just too much trouble to order the clothes and get the correct size when the exchanges are so difficult. I will be looking for other brands with similar styles.
