I have used this app on and off for years, but it has become harder and harder to order what I want. The app is very badly designed and if you click once on something that isn't in their programme, it deletes everything. It is absolutely frustrating and time wasting. Today, I ordered 18 photos and added double quantities at the end as well as two framed photos - so an expensive order. After adding the additions to the order, there was no way to continue to payment! I therefore lost the entire order after already having lost it this morning!! And do not tell me I do not know what I am doing, as I am very comfortable and used to using apps and computers. It is just a very badly designed app and if they could have improved it - as the ideas is good - they would have made at least double the income they are making from this. I therefore do NOT recommend Freeprints
