My sample pack arrived today. I was really impressed. The soaps are clearly good quality, smell delicious and look stunning. The packaging was also impressive and each soap had been carefully labelled so you know what to order in the future. The larger soaps were packaged in a pretty cellophane surround which was decorative and added a touch of class and difference. I was particularly pleased to see that alll the soaps were in excellent condition which isn't always the case when you request a sample pack. This suggested that the company took care of their products and had an excellent customer service practice code. I liked the quirky touches of a little thank you sticker and a personal handwritten note from Sophie. I have already recommended the product to my friends in craft and gift sales.
