I would have given a VG acessment but I did have some difficulty trying to track the package, especially, when it was moved from France to the United Kingdom not helped by my poor French and not knowing who took over to the second courier. However, I have used this Shampoo, purchased in France, for some time and it is a very good product that helps to sooth my scalp. Thank you. RP
