The recipe for No-knead sourdough is excellent; I've tried it twice, it's easy for beginners, and the results have been consistently good. Although my order took over a week to arrive, it is made clear on the website that customers should expect delays due to the both high demand for products and the impacts of C-19, and I was kept well informed throughout on the progress of my order. The products I received are very good quality and I'm pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Freshly Fermented.
