I bought the Viili yoghourt culture Which a friend recommended to use as Deodorizer for my smelly trainers. I followed the instructions to the letter separated the mixture in half and poured it into the trainers and left them to ferment. The principle being that the viili culture eats the trainer odor bacteria and once it sets you have lovely smelling trainers and lovely yoghourt to munch on. It works a treat once it sets scoop out the yogurt and set aside give the trainers a quick wipe and they smell like brand new. I have just set off a batch in the wife’s Wellington’s and one is on the go in my sheep skin slippers. I cannot recommend highly enough a delicious snack and shoe deodorizer in one The Swiss Army knife of foods.
