Ordering was very easy. My kefir culture arrived promptly and few days later i was enjoying my own kefir. The cultures are working great and growing as expected.The instructions on website about how to "settle in" the cultures and care for them are very clear (and I was happy not to receive a printed version). I am very happy with the product and service received. When the time comes I will definitely come back to order another product.
