I recently bought a SCOBY from freshly fermented, I cannot recommend my experience enough! Understandably, the was a while between ordering and delivery, due to covid-19; this was communicated clearly by freshly fermented, with regular updates on their website. But patience paid off and my expectations were exceeded! My scoby arrived happy, healthy and well packaged with an ample supply of starter tea. I'm a beginner brewer and have already had a successful first batch of kombucha; looking forward to many more. I have been bitten by the fermenting bug, and will definitely be returning to freshly fermented for my next project!
