I ordered milk kefir and my grains arrived a few days afterwards. As I have never grown kefir before, I was a bit nervous of my new ‘pets’ but I followed the instructions on the website and I am now enjoying delicious and healthy kefir and my grains are growing bigger! I haven’t needed any help but I know that support is available either on the website, where the instructions are comprehensive, or on the phone. I have previously ordered yoghurt starter and I have been completely satisfied with the product and service I’ve received. Thank you for introducing me to this new and healthy hobby.
