I thought what came through the letter box was a book, I was surprised to find it was my sour dough starter! I was very eager to get going and so far I have made 2 loaves which turned out excellent and tasted marvelous. I have been avoiding wheat for the last 2 months but now am using organic flour with the sour dough and waiting to see what if any effect it has on my health. So far so good. I am pleased to find out that you cant actually do damage to the starter and I have just taken it out of the fridge ready for the next batch to be made tomorrow.
