I am writing to say how much I love the range of products and the clarity of the recipes and instructions. Thanks to lockdown I have a DIY pizza oven, thanks to Freshly Fermented, sourdough pizzas are being created in it! I have also been using the Ginger Beer Plant and experimenting with flavours with syrups from my allotment in cocktails and mocktails, it has been going down a treat, very well received by everyone. Can’t wait to try the ginger water crystals too. After sales were really quick to reply, helpful and informative and happy to give advice. Great products and great people, 5 stars from me!
