Excellent service and advice. Bought the Cranberry and Elderflower spritzers with water kafir - taste-wise, beats any other way of taking kefir; worth every penny. They tell me it's possible to make it at home with a starter of water kefir seeds, so I might try that, although I have to say, there's a lot to be said for buying it ready to drink!
