I'm very satisfied with the service that Freshly Fermented provide. Simple ordering and payment procedure. I ordered 2 sourdough starters. They were dispatched immediately. Sent by international tracked and signed. So I knew where my package was at all times. I'm an englishman living in Bavaria and my goods arrived in less than a week. Customer service is excellent. I needed advice on storing more than one starter culture, because of cross contamination. I got an immediate solution via email. I'm already baking sourdough with my starters. I would recommend, even if it's a little more expensive, to buy the San Francisco starter. The flavour of the bread is just awesome. I also feel a strange sort of affinity with that starter when I feed it. Maybe that's just me, but if you're adopting a starter, you need to know these things. 5 HUGE STARS.
