I ordered sourdough, milk kefir grains and a scoby. The kefir grains were difficult to activate until I stored them in another room. From there on, nothing could stop them. Yesterday I made my first rye sourdough bread and it is absolutely delicious. The Kombucha is still fermenting and my first Kefir will be ready tonight. The only thing I would have loved to see are some recipes for e.g. sourdough bread, differently flavored Kombucha, etc..
