The 1l misfit kombucha arrived promptly and was well packaged. To my pleasant surprise, it was not wonky and was perfectly round. As marketed, the scoby came with a good amount of starter liquid and it worked well. I have already made two batches of kombucha with it and they taste better than store bought kombucha :) Would like to try out Jun for my next fermentation adventures!
