Great - arrived quickly, easy to start off. The grains took a few days to wake up properly but a week later I'm now making enough tasty kefir to pour on my breakfast instead of shop-bought yoghurt. And after years of suffering from stomach cramps and bloating, my gut is much calmer, which I can only attribute to adding kefir to my diet. Thank you!
