My experience of Freshly Fermented is very positive. The first two products that I purchased were sourdough starter cultures and they were delivered quickly, well packaged and instructions were simply worded on the website. The third item I purchased was a yoghurt starter and that did not work out too well as the yoghurt split on the activation stage. I contacted Freshly Fermented just for advice and to see if I had missed a step! I phoned them at 1650, almost closing time and was told someone would get back in touch later in the week as the person I spoke to did not have any expertise in yoghurt. Within twenty minutes I received a call from Wesley and he was very helpful and informative. Sorted out my issue quickly. Bravo folks. 5 stars.
