I ordered the freeze dried soured cream, buttermilk and creme fraiche starters. Each came to life as described in the instructions. I am from Germany and the buttermilk is exactly as I remember from home, slightly tart and thick - not at all like the stuff you can buy in the shops in the UK! The soured cream and creme fraiche are also wonderful, and it's nice to be able to make these at home as & when needed (especially in the days of COVID!). I have been using all three for six weeks for so now and they get better, thicker and tastier with each new cycle. Very pleased!
