So far I bought 2 cultures from Freshly Fermented - kombucha and jun tea. Purchasing from these guys is a breeze, they're always upfront with stock availability and, considering current circumstances, delivery was timely. Communication is great too, I didn't need to contact them - all info was provided before I had to ask - but I have no doubts any issues would've been dealt with swiftly. On product side - cultures arrived happy and healthy. This is my first attempt at home fermenting, thank goodness for Freshly website - they have guides for all cultures on there.
