Used FF for the first time to get some Kefir grains and a Scoby. Everything arrived as planned and more importantly it all worked. Am now enjoying drinking my kefir and kombucha. Clear and helpful instructions on what to do and where I wanted to add something to my order really quick and friendly customer support meant it was arranged straight away. Strongly recommend
