Bottom line, as complete novices to this we are now successfully producing more than enough Kefir for our needs. Service was very good and the online instructions comprehensive. We did indeed need a few days to get the grains matchfit but we were expecting it, thanks to the guidance. Couple of suggestions . The instructions do seem to cover the same ground twice from different angles and might benefit from a review using rookies as guinea pigs. Also the bottles supplied in our kit really are not suitable for Kefir. The narrow necks do not let the Kefir out when it has thickened. It needs wider necks please!
