I bought the Kefir grains and they arrived a week or so later and once I had the organic whole milk I started producing my Kefir. Even though its winter it didn't take too long for the grains to activate and have been enjoying home made kefir since. Feels so good not to be creating too much plastic waste and having a product that I know definitely hasn't got any added sugars, since I avoid carbs. PS: the instructions on the website are very detailed and glad they don't waste paper by including the full instructions with delivery
