Delighted with my milk kefir seeds and the now rate of production. I have followed the detailed instructions to the letter, and Freshly Fermented is right, the more kefir you make, the quicker the process takes. I ordered sufficient seeds to make 750 ml of milk kefir for every batch and the results after three weeks are amazing. Really fascinating process - I thought the potency of the seeds would diminish with the constant re-using, but it doesn't - it's like the Magic Porridge Pot (check out the Ladybird book) and it just keeps on giving. I believe I am now experiencing the benefits of a healthier gut so would highly recommend to anyone that's considering investing in this product.
