AVOID THIS COMPANY! Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Emailed regarding a refund as we were not satisfied with the oil scents. After getting no response we chased them up on instagram where the response was sarcastic and ignorant. The replies were extremely condescending with a mocking tone. They advertise that you can get a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with their products. The only way to know this is to smell them. They do not allow any refund if you open the bottle, which leaves the customer no possibly way to act on any dissatisfaction.
