Website was great for comparing options and placing the order. I got a ring back from a human the next day to confirm the order (I’d chose an option that wasn’t available so they flagged that and initiated a refund) and to let me know when to expect delivery. Delivery company subsequently contacted to confirm delivery date and on the day the driver gave me a ring in advance. He also helped me get into the property which he was not obligated to do, which was greatly appreciated!
It was all transparent and quick. I will definitely buy from FFD again.
