It was my first time using Fridgesmart after a referral for another business who had used them over the years. Carol-Ann had dealt with my enquiries which quickly led to a purchase - I found her to be knowledgeable, and was able to inform me of brands other than that of my initial enquiry. Hence I did make a purchase, delivery was on schedule; but I was most impressed with the customer service as we were informed at every interval throughout the process of order to delivery.
I would both recommend and use Fridgesmart again!
