First time buying from Friendly Turtle and will definitely be back! The product range is great and there are many unique products which is how I ended up on the site in the first place, simply looking for new toothbrush heads for an electric toothbrush. It is great knowing the products bought are more eco-friendly than the usual and as a bonus the prices are fair! Emails received from Friendly Turtle (outside of dispatch emails which are always helpful) are lovely, they are signed by individual Friendly Turtle staff members which make them seem more personal. They are also relevant to my needs and contain some useful information! I wouldn't hesitate to contact if I needed help as they all seem super friendly and helpful.
