Dear Sir or Madam,
On the 5th of September I ordered a bag to Serbia. This bag was supposed to be a gift for my mother on her birthday.
The website states that the delivery takes no longer than 3 days (see the screenshot attached). Today is the 10th of September whereas the bag is still not delivered and according to the shipment status it is still in Germany.

I need my bag urgently on Monday. Why are you violating the promised terms? I love your brand and have a fair amount of your products, but in the current situation you let me down and I am in despair because I trusted you.
