Der Rucksack war am Reißverschluss kaputt. Die Taschen waren lieblos in dem Karton . Für die Rücksendung des kaputten Artikels mußte ich 5,99 Euro bezahlen.
Ich habe viele Taschen von Fritzi . Das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Service.
Ich werde bei ihnen keine Taschen mehr bestellen.
